D A Cook (Builders) Ltd negotiated this brand-new bespoke home contract based upon a glowing reference from a previous client. Ably assisting our clients throughout the design and planning phases the help continued throughout financial appraisals and value engineering by recommending material and component choices to ensure the project came in on budget.

The collaborative working team from D A Cooks ensured that the deep basement excavation did not cause problems to the client's existing house located less than four metres away, that they resided in during the new construction. The grand home used Cotswold stone pillars, quoins and string course stone blocks from our sister company Cotswold Hill and Stone Masonry Ltd and features a cinema room, sauna, swimming pool, lift and five en-suite bedrooms within its design.
