A collaborative approach to the budget with the Quantity Surveyor, Architect, and D A Cook Builders ensured that this project came in on time and budget. The full refurbishment of this Grade 11* Listed manor house incorporated the installation of a bio mass boiler and full energy efficient lighting. The contemporary interior design was undertaken by Muriel Brandolini from New York and the traditional exterior design was undertaken by Lees Associates Architects. Part of the project included the construction of a cloistered walkway which utilised materials sourced from our sister company Winchcombe Reclamation. Repeat business at Dixton Manor has been undertaken because of D A Cook Builders attention to detail and positive team-working approach.
